Please stand up. You must bend your knees as much as possible to bring yourself close to the ground as shown in step one. Tuck your chin toward your chest all the way by tipping your head forward must now roll back evenly putting your bottom on the ground first. Do not let your hands or head touch the ground as shown in step three. We learn to break fall to protect ourselves against someone pushing or tripping us to the ground. We want to prevent injuries that can be caused by the fall itself. You must not use your hand to stop yourself from falling because you can easily injure your arm.
