Please stand up with a partner. Let the person hold your neck without actually touching you because of the danger of being choked as shown in step one. Raise your arms and place your hands on top of the wrist of the person who is holding you as shown in step two. Step back with one foot and push the person’s hands down as shown in step three. Stepping back will add strength to your movement and will put distance between you and your attacker so that you are able to run away.
