Please stand and get into the blocking position as shown in step one. Put either foot forward as shown in step two. Raise your knee to strike as shown in step three. Put the foot down on the ground as shown in step four. Use your knee when you cannot break free from someone’s hold by escaping. It can only be used when a person is very close to you.
