Please stand up with a partner and let the person hold both of your wrists as shown in step one. Start to bend your arms at the elbow as shown in step two. Step back with either foot as shown in step three. Try to wiggle free bending your arms until your hands are next to your ears. Stepping back will add strength to your movement and will put distance between you and your attacker so that you are able to run away. You should practice the movement five times and do the quiz when you are ready. To watch the video you will have to press play.
