Please stand up with a partner. Let the person wrap their arms around your neck area from behind without actually touching you because of the danger of being choked as shown in step one. Lift your hands up to their arms as shown in step two. Pull down on their arms so that you remove their grip from your neck as shown in step three. Turn to face the person as shown in step four. Duck down to escape from the person as shown in step five. You should practice the movement five times and do the quiz when you are ready. To watch the video you will have to press play.
