Please stand up with either leg forward and get into the blocking position as shown in step one. Raise your knee as shown in step two. Stomp your foot down as shown in step three. Stomp kicking is used when you cannot break free from someone’s hold by escaping. It can be only used when a person is very close to you. You should aim for the feet or toes. You should use the heel of your foot to stomp with. You should practice the movement five times and do the quiz when you are ready. To watch the video you will have to press play.
