Please stand up with a partner and let the person hold one of your wrist with both of their hands as shown in step one. Take your free hand and join it together with the hand that is being held as shown in step two. You must join your hand from the top or will not work. Start to bend your arms at the elbow as shown in step three. You must step back with the same foot as the arm that is being held, pulling to that side as shown in step four. Try to wiggle free bending your arms until your hands are next to your ears. Stepping back will add strength to your movement and will put distance between you and your attacker so that you are able to run away. You should practice the movement five times and do the quiz when you are ready. To watch the video you will have to press play. You can click to repeat this lesson if you are not ready to answer the quiz. You should click to continue when you are ready to move on to the next part of the lesson.
